Glendale, WI (November 17, 2023) – A police chase took place in the Glendale area that resulted in a crash that sent two people to area hospitals with injuries. The incident occurred on Wednesday, November 15.
Reports provided by the Glendale Police Department show that at approximately 11:40 a.m., police received a report that a Dodge Durango was stolen out of their home in Plymouth, Minnesota. The police pursued the vehicle for some time as it traveled through the Glendale area.
As the vehicle proceeded through the 5400 block of Port Washington Road, the driver veered into oncoming traffic and crashed into two other vehicles nearby. The person inside the vehicle got out and fled the scene. Authorities were able to apprehend the suspect after a golfer in the area trapped them inside a porta-potty. Two people were injured as a result of the motor vehicle collision. The two injured parties were transported to area hospitals for further care. The incident is being investigated at this time.
