Fountain City, WI – Several Injured in Collision on Highway 35

Fountain City, WI (September 15, 2023) – Several people were hurt after a multi-vehicle collision occurred in Buffalo County on Wednesday, September 13. The accident happened in Fountain City at around 12:15 p.m. 

Local sources, including the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, reported that the vehicle collision involved five vehicles on Highway 35 just north of Fountain City. 

Preliminary reports show that a southbound vehicle was involved in a head-on collision with a northbound vehicle, causing three other cars to collide. 

Reports show that two injured victims were airlifted to local hospitals while the remaining injured occupants were transported by ambulance to area medical centers. The names of the injured victims have not been reported at this time. 

We hope for the full recovery of the injured victims.
