St Francis, WI – Serious Injuries in Pedestrian Accident on Unknown Roadway

St. Francis, WI (June 13, 2023) – On Tuesday morning, June 13, a pedestrian accident leading to serious injuries took place in St. Francis.

According to St. Francis Police, the accident happened around 9 a.m. on an unknown roadway. Police confirmed that a male was jogging in the area when he was suddenly struck by a passenger vehicle due to reasons that are not entirely known. The driver of the vehicle, identified as a 42-year-old man from Milwaukee, remained at the scene after the crash.

Paramedics, fire crews, and several other St. Francis responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. The pedestrian, identified as a 67-year-old Milwaukee man, was seriously injured and rushed to the hospital for treatment. He has since been listed in stable condition.

Due to the severity of the collision, a large portion of the road was blocked in the area for some time.
