Fatal Truck Accidents in Wisconsin
Fatal accidents take hundreds of lives across Wisconsin annually. There are countless instances where these car crashes are completely preventable. Some of the leading factors and fatal collisions across our state include:
- Failure to Yield: When drivers fail to yield the right-of-way to others, whether switching lanes or proceeding through intersections, it can have deadly consequences.
- Running Red Lights: When passing through intersections, it is important for drivers to stop at red lights to allow other drivers to travel through. Unfortunately, there are countless instances caused by drivers who run red lights or pass stop signs at intersections.
- Speeding: When drivers are traveling too fast, they are likely to lose control of their vehicles and strike others. They are also less likely to be able to stop in time to avoid collisions.
Unfortunately, any negligent act can lead to a serious accident that ultimately takes the lives of innocent people.
