Car Accidents in Wisconsin

Being involved in an automobile collision can change every aspect of your life. Unfortunately, we see countless people left with severe injuries as a result of collisions that occur in our state every year.
Many people involved in accidents are left with life-altering bone fractures, traumatic brain injuries, and other severe injuries that affect their lives forever. Unfortunately, many of the car crashes that take place here in Wisconsin are preventable. We continue to see negligent and reckless drivers cause the majority of accidents on our roadways. Some of the leading factors in these collisions include:
- Aggressive driving
- Tailgating
- Drunk driving
- Reckless driving
- Failure to yield right-of-way
Even though we have strict laws in place to prevent drivers from engaging in careless and reckless actions, we continue to see innocent people harmed as a result of drivers who choose to do so.
After being involved in an accident, victims are often forced into area hospitals, where they have to go through extensive medical treatment for their injuries. These medical expenses can add up to tens of thousands of dollars. In severe cases, victims can spend over $100,000 treating severe spinal cord injuries or even traumatic brain injuries.
