Throughout the United States, the most common reason car crashes occur is negligent driving. Actions like distraction, intoxication, speeding, and fatigue are the most common types of negligent driving demonstrated among American drivers. If the actions of a negligent driver have recently hurt you or someone you love, you may be eligible to collect financial compensation for the damages you have suffered. Countless forms of negligent driving exist, however, the most common include intoxication, distraction, and speeding. For example, over 11,000 people lose their lives every single year because of drivers who travel at unsafe speeds.
