Wisconsin Truck Accidents

Kenosha, WI - Driver Critically Hurt in Crash with Semi on Hwy 45 near Hwy 50

Large trucks are involved in fewer crashes than passenger vehicles, however, the types of accidents that occur involving large trucks are usually more catastrophic than those that only involve passenger vehicles. In 2018, 73 people lost their lives in Wisconsin in 2019 due to accidents involving large trucks. Several of the truck accidents that happened that year also resulted in severe injuries. These particular collisions are much more dangerous than other accidents due to the sheer size and weight of semi-trucks and their ability to cause serious damage. Additionally, when seeking financial compensation in the aftermath of a truck crash, it can be more complicated to deal with a trucking company’s insurance company, which is why having a lawyer on your side can be extremely beneficial for you and your ability to financially recover.

Suffering injuries in a truck accident can drastically affect your life.
