Hickory Grove, WI (September 2, 2023) –A driver ran a stop sign in Hickory Grove on Wednesday morning, August 30, causing an injury crash with a motorcycle. Reports concerning the incident were made to authorities in the area just before 5:00 a.m.
The Grant County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene shortly thereafter, located on Highway 61 near Highway T. When they arrived at the scene, they found the injured motorcyclist down in the roadway.
Paramedics rendered emergency medical aid and transported the victim to the hospital, where they received further treatment. Currently, the name of the injured person has not been reported.
Police in Grant County are still investigating the circumstances of the wreck. Road blockages occurred in the area for some time while crews worked to secure the scene.
