6/1 Kiel, WI – Woman Killed in Fatal Pedestrian Accident at Hwy 67 & Persnickety Pl

Though pedestrian accidents do not happen as commonly as other accidents in Wisconsin, they still happen every year. Because pedestrians have no protection from harm in an accident, they are likely to sustain catastrophic injuries and even lose their lives when these collisions occur. According to the Governors Highway Safety Association, in 2021, 54 pedestrians lost their lives in Wisconsin pedestrian accidents. If you and your family have prematurely lost a loved one in a pedestrian accident, you may be feeling alone and confused. It is important that you have legal help on your side after an accident.

It can be difficult to get back on your feet after you have sustained the immense loss of a loved one in a pedestrian accident. One of the best ways that you and your family can move forward financially during these incredible times of grief is by speaking with an attorney and bringing a wrongful death claim. There are many parties who can successfully bring one of these claims, which include the following:

  • A spouse of the deceased
  • A parent of the deceased
