Pedestrian Accidents in Wisconsin
Pedestrians, especially children, are the most vulnerable parties on our roads in the state of Wisconsin and beyond. What makes children so susceptible to pedestrian accidents is the fact that they are not likely to understand the rules of the road as clearly as adults, putting them in a difficult position of less protection from drivers. In 2021, it was reported that 54 pedestrians were killed in Wisconsin pedestrian accidents, and many others were injured. If someone you love has been affected by a pedestrian accident, it is important that you speak with an attorney as soon as possible.
